Return Policy 

Return Policy at Mandawara Jewels & Fashion: 

Grounds for returns: 

• Returns are applicable within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
• Returns can be claimed in the following cases: 

1. Our customized packaging was torn.
2. Products inside the parcel were missing.
3. Quantity received was not as per the quantity ordered. To illustrate – you ordered S size of Garment and received L size of Garment.
4. Product received was not the product that was actually ordered. To illustrate – you ordered Gown and received Suit in its place.

Conditions to claim returns: 

The return will only be granted if the client provides a short video from the opening of parcel till the opening of our customized packaging and making it clear that the products were actually damaged at that time when they were received by the client. 

Procedure to claim returns: 

The client will have to upload the video at info@mandawarajewelsfashion.com and re-ship the product to the following address: 

150 Laxmi Nagar, Mangodi walon ke bagechi, Brampuri, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302002 IN

The amount that the client will bear on shipping will be credited to the client’s account after the client shares the screenshot of the payment made at info@mandawarajewelsfashion.com

How do I cancel an order? 

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In case your product has not been shipped, for cancellation, Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case an order shipping has already been made. 

Refund Policy 

Refund Policy of Mandawara Jewels & Fashion is as follows: 

Full Refund accepted for cancelled orders paid online.

You can cancel your order by contacting us before the product has been shipped. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made. 

When can Refund be credited to the customer? 

Customer can expect refunds to be credited to their bank account within 7 business days.
